Though am not a regular blogger ,thought sharing things that wont deplete anything !
After my long stay in Europe I came back to my country on March 1st 2005 (Swades movie played important role ).From then on I had wandered across India for about 1 year ,starting from Pondicherry, Bijnor near Meerut,Dehradhun,Jaipur and finally Pune. I had spent minimum of 3 months in each of these cities.Pune has been my home for last 4 years .I had lot of dreams to fulfill and the place where am working gave me an oppurtunity do the same.
But as time went by ,I am finding myself in a routine,my academic dreams are shattered ,my physique isnt suporting my work,but my dreams are still alive and everyday my head is spininning with new ideas and thoughts and acheivable goals.(Goal setting is taught in MBA but life has taught me that in easy ,fast and in a furious way ( thats how my head also processes thoughts sometimes)
Being born and raised in south for 20 years ,my experiences in Europe for 6 years and my yatra in India 1 year and my experiments with Indian education system for 4 years have taught me many things in my life, I came to know about myself and what I am meant to do in this life,though i travel a lot ,i dont have any saving to think like average educated Indian middle class lad getting job,married and settling down. I have understood few things about this country ,but all may not be commonly acknowledged facts.
Living in hypocratic,selfish ,money minded Indian society ,I have found myself a loner but thats what I am.(Unless you are an elevated satellite ,you cant get overall picture of the earth) .Being loner ,observer and selfish (Howard roark) about my ideas,my observation are coming true.Thoughts which are being assembled inside my head from childhood ,which were ahead of time ,are becoming true everday .
For a sample read this : When I was in my class 8th,I had sung a rap song (R & B ( Rythm and Blues) many listen to these kind of songs without understanding where it comes from ,what it is ,how it got mixed in horrible Indian movie music ) and i was made fun off for that ,today i findIndian movies full of the same,( why you want to copy the west ) irrespective of the language in which the flim is made.
India at large is capable country but its people and common man ( especailly the edcuated ones ) are responsible for the country to become one like this .
Take a look at our edcuation system ,( boasting our habit ) 1.2 crore are enrolled in higher edcaution system in a country of 141 crores? ( isnt that funny).If one wants to talk about quality in Indian edcaution system then better we commit sucide .
Will discuss in length about this factor in my next blog ,I would also like share my thoughts on society and the qulaity of the society ,,,
sample this we have 5000 years old history ,we respect woman, woman is everything in this society ( atleast in rituals ) but Delhi ,the capital has been given the name of " Rape Capital of the world ", we have aids popualton thats equivalent to the population smaller population like switzerland etc,,,hypocracy????? doesnt end here its everywhere...
most important thing ,our thought prcess ,scoiety,edcuation ,comfort,religon,ritauls,science and technology everything is linked thats what we dont understand in India,thats why we are servants to others rather than creators??????

OBAMA is Right! Say no to Bangalore ,yes to Bufalo!!
President Obama is right in saying " No to Bangalore ,Yes Bufalo!
Why Indians are fuming ? He is doing things which he feels is good for his country! US and Europe for that matter defines what is modern science and technology and they have every right to do what they want!
Why not Indian IT companies or any other industries invest in R & D ? innovate and design new products ,new technologies ? Why Indian IT industry only wants to serve American or European companies ?Why cant Indians develop their backyard?
Can India say no to all US goodies ?Why Indians stand in que for American Green cards?
In Last 50 years India has made no inventions ,no discoveries ,all they do hype about whats not there?
China initially started copying later innovating now competing with US and Europe? Can India do that ?
India cannot elevate its own 40 % livning below poverty line?
They want Ram temple ,Golden Temple ,Jesus Temple that temple this temple but they dont want to work ,they want money ,comforts everything without doing anything ?howa that ?

How to transform India?
When there has been so much hype about India's IT power,the Mumbai terror attacks and other incidents shown clearly what this country lacks!!
This country need people who can create ,develop and produce things on their own!!
Its heartening and feels like poor country and cry that my own country men die because this countries security dont know how to fight urban warfare and the most shocking they dont have weapons .
Whats the DRDO'S are doing , i personally most of the scientist have eaten up government money in the name of research and foreign tours and purchase of equipments.
Why arent they able to design a simple weapon like mosquito -micro-UAV for mopping operation and for transmitting IR pictures through RF link ,which have been developed and employed by ISRAEL.?
Why how,when we can buy anything with money in this country from ration card,passport,to religion to useless politician,from a common man on street we are corrupt in our blood,to get things done in short we bribe each and everyone,if we can change our thought process we can change this country and really make it powerful
Whats the IISc and IITS doing exporting human resource to developed countries to produce and invent for them?
In the name of lack resources how long they want cheat this country ?
Even today you dont need biillion dollar investment to make breakthrough ,50 years Sir.C.V .Raman had nothing to discover Raman Effect ,today its pillar of characterization of materials.
Private educational engineering colleges run by thugs ,arrack sellers,politicians and pseudo intellectuals produce only IT servants for IT indsutry ,the money created through services have been invested in R& D and research ,why we have to depend on developed countries for technology when we boast of IITs IISc ,IT and knowledge industry,its just selfish money making attitude which blocks the growth of real talent ,inventors,discoverers innovators.
Our educational systems fails to acknowledge talents ,rather supports fake and pseudo intellectuals in the name of making money.
When we try TO Do good in this country you will be misunderstood being sahdu or fakir why so?
?We are labeled idiots who dont know how to life happily ?
If not we who will establish secure ,developed and democratic country!!
Even when our consciousness says the truth why on the basis of caste ,religion ,creed,regional basis we elect idiots ,thugs and money hungry gundas and fanatics to power.
The fault is with us,when we stop electing idiots this country can change or else we are going to face more attacks because we the people have created the loop holes.
Even after the attack on Mumbai the politicians are hijacking the show ,why arent our media responsible ? why they hype each and everything?
Again what happened 5000 year old history ,simplicity and real strength and knowledge,,,if we ask this there are hoards of religion based politicians who will exploit the emotional balance of common man to make votes?
Why not train our Police,why not provide them with modern weapons,why you want politicizes the police,why dont they have good combat skills,why do they have only century old rifles in the 21st century?
Why there arent any remote controlled surveillance and modular Robotics system for combing ,evacuation and information gathering systems?
Why arent there micro-UAV based on Swarming concepts like ISRAEL or USA for URBAN building of multi floor?
Why there is no respect for common man?Why there is no respect for simplicity?
Why there is no respect for Lives?Why there is no respect for real education ?
Where are the inventors,innovators of this country?
Where are the independent thinkers?
India my motherland ,I dont know what will happen ?

For few months I was confused what am made in this life for.I inching towards it finally.I have to work ,work more, its not must everyone should have life partner,
Finally i got to know i am born to work,create, make this world a better place for others,it gives immense pleasure when i spend my time in the labs i have been creating in small way.
So i got an answer my life is work
When you are happy ,work
When you are sad work
When you are rich work harder
when you poor work more
when you are angry work
when you are emotional just work
Forget all ,just go and work things will follow
Finally i got to know i am born to work,create, make this world a better place for others,it gives immense pleasure when i spend my time in the labs i have been creating in small way.
So i got an answer my life is work
When you are happy ,work
When you are sad work
When you are rich work harder

Secondly ,Today I thought about my country while coming back to my present place Pune,
When will this country awake ?
When will this country standup?
When will this nations souls will realize the equality not in words but in action?
When will the people of the nation will become selfless and harmonized?
When will this land can stand by its history and values?
When will hypocrisies will end in this land of gods?
When will rapes will stop in this womans land?
When will every citizen will get shelter,food and education?
When will caste be eradicated?
When will crazy media will shut it mouth?
When will looters,hypocrites ,smugglers,rapist will not enter the parliament?
When will real Science will take its root here?
When will selfish dollar servants seize to exist?
When will Cricket mania will die?
When will women able to be women ?
When will ? When will? When Will?
When will boasting about past will stop?
When will real work happen?
When will deaths for religion ,caste,creed and for seat in train will stop?
When will Creators will be born again?
When will real Scientist will be born again?
When will real philosophers will be born again?
When will Indian education system will give real education?
When will real India will happen?
When will people who do the work will given the credit?
Its a dream of many ,many work for it who never get the credit, never recognized ,many use it to make name, fame and money.
